About Me.

Scottish lassie, who has just moved back to Scotland, after living and working in London for 7 years, 6 of which I worked  in the music industry.

In 2020 I decide to focus on what I love, making things look and sound beautiful.  I focused on growing my podcast Bitesize Bodacious Babes (a podcast by women in music) and learning UX/UI Design.

At the end of 2020 I completed a 8 week UX/UI Design course with the fantastic Experience Haus team. I was part of a remote class of 12, where we worked in teams of 3 on a live client brief.  

Background.

Celtic routes. Grew up in Edinburgh and studied History at the beautiful Glasgow University were I fell in love with surfing. Leading me to moving to Newquay to surf for a summer before I started working at the Apple store in Glasgow. 

For the last 7 years I've worked in the music industry.

Firstly, at Domino Record Company where I was Regional Radio PR and Label Assistant. Successfully working to get The Last Shadow Puppets UK No.1 Album.   

Secondly, in the European team for Vevo as the Music & Talent manager for the UK . Working with artist including Jamila Woods, Carly Rae Jepsen, Billie Eilish, Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender, Arlo Parks and more.

I love.

Exploring nature,  listening to music, cycling, swimming and surfing when I can. I also  paint watercolours of inspirational strong women & nature. You can see my art @justonecorbetto .

Current Role.

I'm currently a Podcast Consultant and Producer. I also produce and present my podcast by women in music called Bitesize Bodacious Babes.
